Nesco Snackmaster Express Dehydrator is a must for

great tasting, healthy snacks and jerky in hours instead of days.
The Nesco
Snackmaster Express Dehydrator's patented Converga-Flow system
pressurizes
heated air downward through the outer ring and horizontally across
each tray
for fast, even drying without the worry of flavor-mixing or the need
to
rotate trays. Trays are 1 1/4" thick. This food dehydrator offers an
adjustable thermostat (from 95 F / 35 C to 155 F / 68 C) providing
greater
flexibility and better results when drying different kinds of
fruits,
vegetables, meats, and herbs. The Nesco dehydrator uses an exclusive
Vita-Save exterior with a light-blocking feature to retain more
vitamins and
nutrients during the drying process. This dehydrator is identical to
the
FD-60 model except in color. This model has a gray lid and speckled
trays.
